Do we need a developer?
No. You manage hours in the web admin, and a widget goes on your website by pasting two lines of HTML. The API is there when you want to go further.
Can each branch edit its own hours?
Yes. Give branch managers access to their own locations only. Head office keeps access to everything, and every change is recorded and can be rolled back.
How are public holidays handled?
Public holidays and special openings are part of each location's schedule. The widgets show them on their day and the API returns them, so nobody has to remember to update the website.
Which languages are supported?
The widgets are available in 33 languages, and names, descriptions and notices can be entered in every language you need.
